Diane Leslie author of "Fleur De Leigh's Life of Crime" Dana Spiotta's characters slink about in a Los Angeles that is hazy, not with smog, but with ever-smoldering, addictive substances. "Lightning Field" is an evocative, mellifluous, and convincing novel.
About the Author:
Dana Spiotta grew up in California, spending most of her time on the fringes of movie industry culture. Her first job, at sixteen, was as an assistant on a Şlm production. Since then, she has worked in restaurants most evenings of her adult life. She lives in New York City.
