Written in an accessible style, this book provides a voice for all those who contribute a vital community service but whose concerns are all too little acknowledged - those who bear the burden of caring for frail, sick or disabled family members. In addition to this voice, it provides information for the creation and maintenance of policies to support those who have had to bear the burden with inadequate assistance.
