Dr Julian Tudor Hart MB, BChir, DCH, FRCP, FRCGP has over thirty years' experience as a General Practitioner and expert on high blood pressure. He is Honorary Research Fellow at the Welsh Institute for Health and Social Care, University of Glamorgan, Pontypridd.
